Before you settle into the weekend, take a moment to ask:
What am I still carrying that I'm ready to put down?

Empathy โ What humanity can you notice in the other person or yourself, even if you canโt excuse the harm?
Zoom out โ In five years, will this matter as much? What's more important than being right?
Redirect โ Feel how your body softens when you release the grip. What becomes possible with that freed-up space?
